This lavishly illustrated memoir tells the story of nearly seventy years the author spent with the Frank Lloyd Wright's Taliesin Fellowship in both Wisconsin and Arizona. Filled with fascinating historical photographs, Brierly was one of the first apprentices to attend Frank Lloyd Wright's school of architecture. Before long, she was a working colleague of the master architect; during the last thirty years of his career she made important design contributions to many of his building projects.

In addition to her long career as an architect, Cornelia Brierly has worked to preserve Frank Lloyd Wright's legacy at both Taliesins since his death in 1959. She serves on the board of the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation, helping to oversee the School of Architecture and the design firm that Wright left behind.
